How an Automatic Cartoning Machine Works

The station has been verified before the cardboard boxes continue to be transported.
The box rack is used to stack cardboard boxes and can hold 800 boxes at once. When the boxes are used up, they need to be manually added.
This paper box rack can be adjusted according to the size of the paper box. This box rack adds a spiral adjustment mechanism. If the adjustment is not in place (including the paper box rack guide rail and suction cup) and the paper box indentation is not deep, it will result in the inability to open the box.
The material conveyor belt is used to place products and can be adjusted according to the size and specifications of the products: by loosening two screws and moving them horizontally, the material grid can be pushed for adjustment.
The baffles on both sides of the feeding grid can prevent the product from being tilted and better push the materials.
When the product is loaded into the paper box, the machine automatically folds the ears and folds on both sides (as shown in the picture).
This position is the specific part for adjusting the length/width/height of the machine. If another size box needs to be replaced, this position needs to be adjusted accurately. This institution is equipped with a protective glass cover to prevent other substances from suddenly touching and affecting the stability of machine operation.
When the product on the conveyor belt is sensed, the machine will automatically suck and push the material, otherwise it will not suck the box;
If there is a product being transported but there are no paper boxes on the box rack, the machine will automatically shut down for self inspection.
When the cardboard box is delivered to the feeding port, there will be four baffles (up, down, left, right) that will stretch the box open, allowing the product to be smoothly pushed into the cardboard box. If the product cannot be pushed in, the machine will automatically stop, providing protection for the machine and the product
