After 5 years of R&D efforts, the company has launched a variety of automated packaging equipment with leading performance, which greatly improves the effect of staff reduction and efficiency enhancement for manufacturing enterprises and helps them achieve profit multiplication. Currently, the company owns a 5,000-square-meter factory, covering processing workshops, assembly workshops, laboratories, as well as departments including the R&D Department, Manufacturing & Assembly Department and After-sales Service Department. Its equipment sales cross china and extend to overseas markets, enabling the company to accumulate rich industry experience.
Our main products cover integrated equipment such as automatic cartoning machines, carton folding machines, glue-spraying cartoning machines, 7-axis full servo cartoning machines, high-speed cartoning machines, inner & outer carton cartoning machines, tabbed cartoning machines, card wrapping machines, pillow-type packaging machines, as well as various auxiliary feeding equipment and tooling fixtures. The entire process from carton opening, cartoning, carton folding to carton sealing requires only one operator, and the production capacity has increased from 1,000 boxes per hour to 3,000 boxes per hour, truly achieving staff reduction and efficiency enhancement.Meanwhile, we have established a comprehensive service system, covering the early stage (factory planning, technical solution support, equipment selection), the mid-stage (equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning), and the late stage (equipment engineer training and after-sales service). The company implements a project manager system, where responsibilities are assigned to dedicated contact points for serving customers. We have the capability to design and manufacture automated packaging equipment for entire production line, empowering a wide range of manufacturers, including those in the medical, hardware, daily chemical, food, and 3C digital industries. The equipment we produce such as automatic cartoning machines, carton opening and folding machines, wrapping machines, carton erecting and sealing machines, cigarette packing machines, labeling machines, and weighing & rejection all-in-one machines – is all processed and assembled in our factory. Every workpiece is processed with the pursuit of excellence to ensure controllable quality. Before delivery, to guarantee the on-site installation accuracy and quality of the equipment, each piece of equipment first undergoes assembly, test operation and inspection in the factory. It is then packaged in a modular manner, and professional personnel are sent to the customer's site to provide installation and operation training.
